Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Last updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://doctadigitalgroup.online (the "Site"), of the online stores and checkout pages through which we sell our content (the "Stores"), and your purchase of digital educational content offered by Docta Digital Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Docta Digital Group", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or the Stores, or by making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Stores or purchase our content.

1. About the Company

Docta Digital Group LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, registered in Wyoming, USA. The Company creates and sells digital educational content (e-learning materials) for learners worldwide.

2. Our online stores and who you buy from

Our Digital Products are sold through online stores that run on a third-party e-commerce platform, Impultienda Digital (the "Platform"). The Platform provides the software and infrastructure for our Stores, such as store hosting, checkout, digital delivery and transactional emails.

When you make a purchase, the sale is a direct contract between you and Docta Digital Group LLC, which is the seller. The Platform is a technology provider only and is not a party to the sale. Docta Digital Group LLC is solely responsible for the Digital Products, their content, customer support, refunds and any guarantees we offer. For any question or claim about a purchase, please contact us at contact@doctadigitalgroup.online.

3. Our digital educational content

We offer digital educational content/products, such as guides, manuals, templates, worksheets, spreadsheets and downloadable kits, delivered in PDF and other digital file formats (the "Digital Products"). Each Digital Product is described on its sales page, including its subject, what it contains, its format and its price.

Our Digital Products are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical or any other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result, income or outcome. You are responsible for how you apply the information. Where a topic is regulated or may change over time, you should verify the information with the relevant official source or a qualified professional.

We do not sell or ship physical goods.

4. Use of the Site and the Stores

You agree to use the Site and the Stores only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the Site or the Stores in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the Stores, their servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • copy, scrape or extract content from the Site or the Stores by automated means without our written permission;
  • provide false information when purchasing or contacting us.

To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD), unless a different currency is clearly indicated at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete your purchase.

Taxes: any sales tax, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) or similar tax that applies to your purchase will be shown at checkout before you confirm the payment. You are responsible for any other taxes or charges that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Payment processor: payments are processed by Stripe, an independent third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor"). When you pay, you provide your payment details directly to the Payment Processor, under its own terms and privacy policy. Neither Docta Digital Group LLC nor the Platform receives or stores your full card number or other complete payment credentials.

6. Digital delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address you provided with access to your Digital Product. Depending on the product, access is given through:

  • download links, which have an expiration date and a limited number of downloads; or
  • a members area, where you can access the content online.

We recommend that you download and save your files as soon as you receive them. Delivery is usually immediate and in any case is normally completed within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, or if a link has expired or reached its download limit, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at contact@doctadigitalgroup.online with your order number, and we will resend the access.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for having a device and software able to open the files (for example, a PDF reader or a spreadsheet application).

7. Additional offers after your purchase

After you complete a purchase, we may show you additional, optional offers in the same session (for example, a complementary guide). If, at checkout, you consent to the Payment Processor securely saving your payment method, you can accept such an offer with a single click, and the price shown in the offer will be charged to that same payment method. Nothing is charged unless you actively accept the offer, and declining it does not affect your original order. Each accepted offer is a separate purchase from Docta Digital Group LLC, covered by these Terms and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. License for personal use

When you purchase a Digital Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning, or for your own internal work use where the product is designed for that purpose. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent or give away the Digital Product or any part of it;
  • upload it to websites, file-sharing services, groups, social networks or public drives;
  • present it, in whole or in part, as your own work, or remove copyright notices;
  • use it to create a competing product for sale.

We may suspend access to the content if these license terms are breached.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, in the Stores and in our Digital Products, including texts, designs, layouts, images, templates, spreadsheets, logos and trademarks, is owned by Docta Digital Group LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries. Except for the limited license described above, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are granted by Docta Digital Group LLC, not by the Platform.

11. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first at contact@doctadigitalgroup.online; most issues can be solved quickly by email. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, it will be handled by the relevant Payment Processor according to its own rules and procedures. We may provide the Payment Processor with information about your order and its delivery so that the dispute can be resolved.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, the Stores and the Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the Stores will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will meet every specific need.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docta Digital Group LLC, its members, managers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Stores or the Digital Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Digital Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Digital Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docta Digital Group LLC from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, the Stores or the Digital Products.

15. Third-party platform, processors and services

The Platform and the Payment Processors are independent third parties, with their own terms of service and privacy policies, which apply to your use of their services. The Site and the Stores may also contain links to third-party websites or use other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Stores or the Digital Products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before starting any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

17. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
