Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Last updated: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Docta Digital Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://doctadigitalgroup.online (the "Site"), visit any of our online stores or checkout pages (the "Stores"), or purchase our digital educational content/products.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal information is Docta Digital Group LLC, Wyoming, USA. We decide why and how your data is used. For any question or request about your data, write to contact@doctadigitalgroup.online.

Our Stores run on the e-commerce platform Impultienda Digital (the "Platform"). The Platform acts as our processor: it processes the data of our customers on our behalf and according to our instructions, to provide store hosting, checkout, digital delivery and emails.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to all online stores operated by Docta Digital Group LLC, whatever the brand, product name or web address of each store.

3. Information we collect

  • Identification and contact data: your name, email address and any other contact details requested at checkout, provided when you purchase or contact us.
  • Checkout data: the information you enter in a checkout form, even if you do not complete the purchase (for example, your email address and the product you selected), which we may use to send cart reminder emails as described in section 5.
  • Order data: the content purchased, order number, date, amount and currency, and the status of the payment or refund.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by third-party payment processors (see section 8). Your card number and other payment credentials are entered directly into the payment processor's systems. Neither Docta Digital Group LLC nor the Platform receives or stores your full card details. We may receive limited information, such as the payment method, the card brand, the last four digits, the country of the card and the payment status.
  • Communications: the content of emails or messages you send us, for example support or refund requests.
  • Technical, usage and advertising data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, the ad or link that brought you to our Stores (including UTM parameters) and the actions you take on the page (for example, starting a checkout or completing a purchase). This data is collected automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, as described in section 4.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and our Site and Stores are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

The Site and the Stores use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Necessary cookies: needed for the Stores and checkout to work properly and securely (for example, to keep a checkout session active or prevent fraud). Payment processors may also set their own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
  • Analytics cookies and tools: to understand how visitors use our pages and improve them, such as Microsoft Clarity (which records how visitors interact with a page, for example clicks and scrolling), Google analytics tools, and UTM parameters with sales-attribution tools such as Utmify.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels: to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads, such as the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tags. These tools may send Meta or Google information about your visit and actions on our pages (for example, that you started a checkout or completed a purchase), together with technical identifiers and, in some cases, contact details in hashed (encrypted) form, so that the event can be matched with your account on their platforms.

How to reject or manage cookies:

  • In your browser: you can block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in your browser settings. Necessary cookies are required for checkout, so some features may not work correctly without them.
  • Meta: you can manage how Meta uses data from websites to show you ads in the Ad preferences settings of your Facebook or Instagram account (Accounts Center), including the setting for activity information from ad partners.
  • Google: you can manage or turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center / ad settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Where the law of your country requires your consent for analytics or advertising cookies, we will only use them with that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Cart reminder emails

If you enter your email address in a checkout form but do not complete the purchase, we may send you a limited number of emails reminding you of your cart. Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also stop these emails at any time by writing to contact@doctadigitalgroup.online.

6. Saved payment method for additional offers

At checkout, you may be asked to consent to the payment processor securely saving your payment method. If you consent, the payment processor (not us or the Platform) keeps it, so that you can accept, with a single click, an additional offer shown to you in the same session after your purchase. Nothing is charged unless you actively accept an offer. If you do not give this consent, your payment method is not saved for this purpose.

7. How we use your information

  • to process your order and deliver your digital content (by download links or a members area);
  • to provide customer support and answer your messages;
  • to process refunds, cancellations, payment disputes and chargebacks;
  • to prevent fraud and keep the Site, the Stores and payments secure;
  • to keep accounting, tax and legal records;
  • to send you service emails related to your purchase, and cart reminder emails as described in section 5;
  • to analyze the use of our pages and measure the performance of our advertising, as described in section 4.

If we ever send other promotional emails, we will do so only where permitted by law, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws may consider the use of advertising cookies and pixels described in section 4 as "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out as described in that section or by writing to us.

8. Processors and third parties we share data with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Impultienda Digital (e-commerce platform: store hosting, checkout, digital delivery and emails), which processes data on our behalf as our processor, together with its own hosting and database providers (for example, Supabase);
  • Stripe, our payment processor, which processes payment data under its own privacy policy;
  • Email service providers (to send purchase confirmations, access emails, cart reminders and support replies);
  • Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), Google (analytics and advertising tools) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), as described in section 4;
  • Hosting provider of this Site, which may process technical data such as IP addresses;
  • authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process and store your data outside your country of residence, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms offered by our providers.

10. Legal basis for processing

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process your data on the following grounds:

  • Performance of a contract: to process your purchase, deliver your content and provide support;
  • Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records and comply with legal requests;
  • Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, secure the Site and the Stores, improve our content and service and, where permitted by law, send cart reminder emails;
  • Consent: where we ask for it, for example for analytics and advertising cookies where the law requires consent, for saving your payment method, or for optional marketing emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

11. How long we keep your data

  • Order and billing records: for as long as needed to comply with accounting and tax obligations, generally up to 7 years.
  • Support and refund emails: up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Data from incomplete checkouts: only as long as needed to send cart reminders, unless you complete a purchase.
  • Technical data and cookies: for short periods, generally no longer than 12 months, or as set by each provider.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal reasons;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, including processing for advertising, and request a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

As the controller, Docta Digital Group LLC handles these requests for customers of all our Stores. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@doctadigitalgroup.online with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address used for your purchase. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to the people who need it, and reputable service providers. Payment data is handled directly by the payment processors; neither we nor the Platform store full card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if an incident occurs.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
